About Us
Established in 1996, Diablo Sunset Ranch has been a work in
progress. While designing the facility we performed an
extensive amount of research. We visited a many facilities,
spoke to owners and/or operators to get their input on what
worked and what didn't. The result is a facility we are proud to
own and even more proud to share.
On Monday, Wednesday and often Friday nights we have team
roping practice. We currently employee eight roping steers for
that purpose. If you are interested in joining the fun, call Lyle
directly at 925-698-5921 for details.
Our barn does not share a single equine discipline. We have
trail riders, ropers, and even a reiner. For the most part our
group are adults returning to equine activities. That allows for
an extensive knowledge base in a variety of areas. You will find
the barn to be a quiet relaxing place. A place to retreat to from
the stresses of daily life.
